About James Schoolland

James is an agent who helps his clients achieve their real estate goals by meeting with them to fully understand their needs and by advocating fully for them throughout every point in the process. James believes in serving his clients well by having a good understanding of their needs so that he doesn’t work with any ambiguity between him and his clients. James has had a variety of work experiences, from cattle ranching, serving at a diner, landscaping, construction, and coaching basketball.

 

Currently, he is working full time with Rolling Hills while also helping manage an Airbnb with his wife, Bekah. When he is not working, James can be found playing sports, usually with his wife, or playing board games with family and friends.
